Funds stay locked until rent is due. Early exits carry a 5% liquidation fee (min $15) — friction on purpose.
Every deposit checks your real bank balance first. If the money isn't there, we don't pull it.
After each deposit we recalculate exactly what you owe your vault per week until the 1st.
